Gicleé - (zee-CLAY) - (fr.) noun - Derivitive of French term meaning to "Spray ink".
Also commonly spelled Giclee. Used to describe a high-quality fine-art digital
reproductive process using ink jet printers with long life inks and high quality
substrates.

Giclee reproductions are fast becoming the standard reproduction format of
choice for artists and consumers. This type of reproduction allows the artist to offer
an extremely high quality reproduction at an attractive price. My giclee
reproductions are created on Canon® and/or Epson® printers using pigmented inks
and printed on high quality papers or artist grade ink-jet canvas.
